- Most orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.
- Custom orders ship 3 to 5 business days from final proof approval.

All orders ship from our production facility in Greer, SC
- US: 3 to 5 days
- Canada: 1 to 2 weeks
- Everywhere Else: 1-4 weeks

You are responsible for return postage. It is recommended that you use a carrier that will provide a tracking number as Katazoom is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A refund will be processed once the item has been received, inspected and restocked. Expect 1 to 2 weeks.
Please note some limitations:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged
- Item must be unused
