Katazoom proudly ships worldwide via USPS.

  • Most orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.

  • Custom orders ship 3 to 5 business days from final proof approval.

Delivery Times

  • US: 3 to 5 days

  • Canada: 1 to 2 weeks

  • Everywhere Else: 1-4 weeks


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order and decide you want to return it please take the following steps:

You are responsible for return postage. It is recommended that you use a carrier that will provide a tracking number as Katazoom is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A refund will be processed once the item has been received, inspected and restocked. Expect 1 to 2 weeks.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged
